SAFETY AND QUALITY
Through certificates we can prove that we guarantee a certain safety and quality. What this means is recorded in our quality management systems. By implementing these in our company and regularly having ourselves tested, we show that we consider it important to deliver good work. Work that is also performed safely and correctly.

ADR Safety Advisor
We cooperate with an external safety advisor. It gives advice and guidance to all employees who have to work with hazardous substances. Writes the annual report in which a summary is given of a number of fixed key figures, such as the transported quantities, the means of transport, which hazard class and the persons involved. In addition, a summary of damage and possible accidents. All in all, a good basis for healthy business operations.
Certified fleet
The in-house technical service and workshop performs regular inspection. In addition, all tankers are legally inspected every year by the RDW (Dutch Department for Road Traffic) so that everyone can be sure that the fleet is sound and safe for their own staff and other road users.
Certified personnel
Every five years, a tank truck driver must go to school to renew his ADR tank truck certificate and thus to be retrained for the theoretical part of the transport of dangerous substances. Furthermore, all drivers and logistics staff are in possession of the VCA diploma. Two employees also have the VCA Vol diploma. They give advice and guide the employees when it comes to work safety.

The world is changing and FullTank is helping to create a sustainable future. We are actively implementing this and are constantly looking for the right sustainable and innovative solutions.
Greening the fleet
Our fleet runs entirely on the fossil-free fuel HVO which reduces CO2 emissions by up to 90%.
Heat pumps and solar panels
With 6 heat pumps and 300 solar panels on the roof of our premises, we have started to make our AdBlue factory and FullTank premises completely self-sufficient.
Water source
A water source has been drilled to produce our own demineralised water.
AdBlue factory
From our own AdBlue factory we produce AdBlue® according to the strict requirements of the VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie). AdBlue® is an aqueous solution used to convert up to 85% of NOx emissions (nitrogen oxides) present in exhaust gases into water and nitrogen.
FullTank sensor
By using the FullTank sensor in all mobile and stationary equipment, we save on transport movements. Knowing that a heavy truck emits about 1 kg of CO2 per kilometre driven, there is a significant reduction in total CO2 emissions.
Hydrozine trailer
FullTank is the only company in the Netherlands that has developed a trailer for the distribution of hydrozine. Hydrozine is the CO2-neutral fuel that can be used for the emission-free construction site. Hydrozine is the hydrogen carrier and is also called formic acid; it is a safe fuel that can be sustainably produced from green electricity.
FullTank Hydrozine aggregate
As an energy supplier, FullTank also supplies zero-emission power with the FullTank Hydrozine Aggregate. An aggregate that converts the hydrozine (formic acid) into hydrogen to generate electricity. Ideal on construction sites and events to charge all equipment with green energy.
