With our 4×4 MAN tanker and Big Wheel, we are present at Maasvlakte, where work is underway on the construction of Shell’s Holland Hydrogen I, Europe’s largest green hydrogen plant. This plant will produce 60,000 kilograms of green hydrogen daily, powered by electricity from the Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind farm.
This project not only involves the construction of the plant but also the installation of a 38 km long hydrogen pipeline. On behalf of Visser & Smit Hanab, we provide all the equipment used in the construction of this pipeline with HVO100. This pipeline will eventually export the produced hydrogen to refineries in Pernis. Our 4×4 MAN is perfectly equipped for challenging terrain, but when the terrain becomes even tougher, we deploy our Big Wheel. This powerful machine ensures we can tackle any type of terrain. Together, our vehicles form a strong team that faces every challenge head-on. With our new 4×4 MAN and Big Wheel, we actively contribute to this innovative project!
